The challenge
The Padel Life Torino project stands out as a massive undertaking, set to become a benchmark for padel in Europe. However, its realization involved significant technical and logistical challenges:
- Unprecedented dimensions: Designing a unique +45m clear-span structure to house 11 panoramic padel courts required an extraordinary engineering effort to ensure functionality, aesthetics, and durability.
- Complex logistics: The transport of materials involved over 40 articulated lorries, carrying a total of 150,000 kg of steel and other components, all scheduled to meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Intensive metalwork: The construction and hot-dip galvanization of structural components was a meticulous and time-consuming process essential for ensuring long-lasting quality and resistance.
